Our promise

100% Live Arrival Guarantee

We grow it, we pack it, we guarantee it. Every coral, fish, invertebrate, and eligible macro algae order is covered by our live arrival policy. Shipping service is shown at checkout; some products, including Blue Hypnea, can ship ground.

How it works

• If anything arrives DOA, take a clear photo of the animal still in the unopened bag within 2 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time.
• Email the photo and your order number to us the same day.
• We'll issue store credit or reship the item on the next shipping day — your choice. No arguments, no fine print gymnastics.

What the guarantee needs from you

• Someone available to receive the box on first delivery attempt — the guarantee is void if the box sits on a hot or freezing porch.
• Holding the box at a FedEx or UPS pickup location is covered and is actually our favorite option in extreme weather.
